The modern complex of Club Residence Palace 1 e 2 consists of two buildings separated by about 800m. Located on the panoramic location in the resort in the heart of Sestriere ski area Sestriere / Via Lattea.
This ski area held Winter Olympics the 2006th, resort´s altitude 2035 m . Since the center is located about 400 meters.

The nearest ski lift 800 m, ski bus is local in both buildings and get to where it slopes to the center during business hours lifts and lifts. Free ski slopes nearby.

All apartments are comfortably furnished and all have bathroom with shower and toilet, hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone, small safe, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains or trails, parking place (not guarded).
• M2 - Suite (Palace 1) for max. 2 persons consists of a single room with double sofa bed or two single sofa sofa.
• M4 - Suite (Palace 1) for max. 4 persons consists of one room with double sofa bed and bunk beds.
• B6 - Suite (Palace 1 and 2) for max. 6 persons consisting of living room with two single sofa couch or double bed, bedroom with double bed and alcove with bunk beds.

Reception, bar, satellite TV, WIFI corner. The Residence Palace 1 is also a restaurant and mini market. Ski storage.

Sauna, Turkish bath and whirlpool for a fee, fitness.

Available hall with a theater and entertainment, table football and billiards for an extra charge, evening programs such as games, tournaments, aerobics, live music and more.

Miniclub for children 4-8 years (for a fee on the spot) with entertainment and to subscribe to "baby pizza" or "fast food" dinner.

For the fee (except for the period 19.12.-26.12.2011 and from 10.04.2012). This includes energy consumption, bed linen, towels and tea towels, guarded parking for each apartment, ski storage room on the slope, final cleaning (except kitchen, it must be cleaned clients, otherwise it will be charged € 100.00), free access to gym.

Small pets allowed on request in advance at extra cost.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday, or by a fixed deadline. Accommodation is available hours after 18:0. Apartments must be released before 10:00 am.
