Residence Lastei is located on the outskirts of the center, just a few steps from the center of San Martino di Castrozza at an altitude of 1 467 m.

Ski lifts are 700 m from residence, skibus stop is located 50 m from the residence.

The apartments are comfortably furnished and have TV, telephone, kitchen corner (in the living room) and bathroom with shower and toilet.

• BILO 4 consists of a bedroom with double bed and living room with folding double sofa (of beds in the apartments may differ from this description).
