Newly built residence (2009) Sol & Nef is located in the heart of the picturesque mountain village Sottoguda, on the road between Malga Ciapela (Marmolada) and Arabba. It is an ideal starting point for skiing in the Marmolada / Arabba / Sella Ronda. 1250 m altitude resort.

About 2.5 km from the slopes of Arabba / Marmolada - Sella Ronda. Free ski bus directly at the residence.

12 apartments with furniture in light fir wood heat and keep the tradition of a typical mountain environment. They have a bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette in the living room, LCD TV with a digital decoder, Wi-Fi Internet connection and safe. All double beds can be split.

The standard length of stay is 7 nights. First day is a Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Accommodation is available 16:00 to 18:30 hours. Apartments must be released by 09:30 hrs. In the period 25.12.-01.01.2012 stay is 6 nights.
