Alaska Residence is located in the center Folgaria (1169 m asl) and has a quiet and sunny location.

Ski runs are within 1 km, bus stop 100 m from the residence.

The apartments are modern furnished and have bathroom with shower / tub and toilet, TV, telephone and kitchenette (in lounge) with a microwave oven. Some apartments have a balcony. Some apartments located on the ground floor may have a separate entrance.
• MONO 2 / 4 consists of a living room with kitchen, dining room and double sofa bed and bunk beds, bathroom with shower and toilet. It has a direct telephone and balcony.
• BILO 4 consists of a bedroom with double bed and living room with double sofa bed or a sofa double bed and single sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet and a direct phone. Apartment has a balcony.
• BILO 4 / 6 consists of a bedroom with double bed partially divided by a wall bunk beds and a living room and dining room with double sofa bed with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, direct line and a balcony or loggia.
• TRILO 4 / 6 consists of a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with bunk beds or single beds and one sofa bed and living room, dining room with double sofa bed with kitchenette, direct line and a balcony or loggia.

The mandatory fee includes - bed, poised on arrival, towels and bathrobes for adults, towels, satellite TV, energy consumption and final cleaning (except kitchen).

The length of stay is specified in the table. First day is Sunday. Accommodation is possible in the time between 15:00 to 22:00 hours. Apartments must be released before 10:00 am.
