The recently built cottage in typical Alpine style situated in the heart of Bormio. Wonderful environment in a wide and sunny valley on the border of the Stelvio National Park with hot springs "Terme di Bormio," Bagni Nuovi e Veche ". Altitude of the resort is 1250 meters.

600m from the nearest ski Bormio, ski bus stop (free) is about 50m from the residence.

A total of 14 apartments are decorated in Alpine style, with a bathroom with shower and toilet, TV, kitchenette with stove and oven, fridge / freezer.
• MONO 2 - for max 2 persons consists of one room with double sofa bed.
• BILO 4 / 5 - for max 4 persons includes a bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and a living room with double sofa bed. Extra bed - 5 bed.
• TRILO 6 - for 6 people comprises of a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a living room with double sofa bed.

Self catering. Possibility of dining in the restaurant Bait dei Pini (breakfast € 12.00 / person, lunch and dinner € 25,00 per meal, payable locally).
