Individually built apartments and small private residences are located about 300-600 m from the center of Arabba. 1600 m altitude resort.

About 200 to 300 meters from the nearest lifts Arabba (link to the Sella Ronda). The ski bus is not available.

The apartments are simply and efficiently furnished in typical mountain style by the owners taste. They have a bathroom with shower and toilet, TV in the living room kitchen with oven and dishwasher (some apartments have a microwave), parking and ski storage room.
• BILO 4 - max. for 4 persons consists of bedroom with double bed and living room with double sofa bed.
• TRILO 6 - max. for 6 people comprises of bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds or bunk beds and a living room with double sofa bed.

Individual. On request half board - buffet breakfast, dinner with choice of menu - at the nearby Hotel Alpenrose (50-100 m) fee on the spot.

Small pets allowed for a fee.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available between 16:00 to 18:00 hours. Apartments must be released before 10:00 am.
