The apartments are located in various residences in the resort Pedraces / San Leonardo. Nearby there are supermarkets, ski schools, ski rentals and ski shops and more than a pizzeria, restaurants, banks, boutiques.

300 to 500 meters from lifts Pedraces - Val Badia (link to the Sella Ronda - Dolomiti Super Ski lifts). Ski bus stop is 30 to 50 meters from the apartments.

All apartments are conveniently and practically furnished and have bathroom, color TV and parking.
• MONO 3 - Apartment for 3 persons spacious living room with double sofa bed and single bed, kitchenette and bathroom.
• BILO 4 - 4-bed apartment consists of bedroom with double bed or bunk bed, living room with sofa bed or 2 single beds, kitchen, bathroom. Some have balconies.
• TRILO 5 / 6 - Apartment for 5-6 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds or bunk beds, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons, bathroom.
The composition of rooms may vary according to individual owners taste.

Minimum stay is 7 nights, First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 to 19.00 hrs. Rooms must be released on the day of departure until 10.00.
In case of late arrival is necessary to inform the office in advance, otherwise the keys will be uploaded until the next morning.
