GINABELLE La Residence is situated in the heart of the ski area and only 500 m from the town center Chamonix, at an altitude of 1,035 m. The closest shopping facilities, banks, ATMs, etc. are located about 500 m from the residence. City of Saint Gervais is located 20 km, 88 km Geneve, Annecy 90 km and 220 km Lyon.

The nearest ski lifts are located 300 m from the residence.
Chamonix bus operates between all the centers of the valley for a fee.

The residence has a total of 70 suites of various types.
All apartments have bathroom with shower and WC, radiator for drying towels, telephone, TV, balcony and kitchenette with ceramic hob, multifunction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Wifi free in each apartment. Kitchenette is located in the living room.
• A1-3 / 4 to max. 4 people - has a bedroom with double bed separated from the door or curtain living room with two convertible sofa-sleeper.
• A1-4 / 6 for max. 6 people - has a bedroom with double bed cabin (not to conclude a separate niche) with bunk bed and a living room with double sofa bed.
• A2-4 to the max. 4 people - has a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and living room. Bedrooms have a sloped ceiling.
• A2-6 to max. 6 people - has a bedroom with double bed, separate bedroom with two beds and a living room with double sofa bed.
• A2-6S for max. 6 people - as A2-6 but it is spacious.
• A3-8 for up to eight people - has a bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms each with two single beds, a sitting room with double sofa bed. The apartment also has a shower.
• A3-8s to the max. 8 people - such as A3-8 but it is spacious.

Reception (to speak English, French, German, Italian), lounge with fireplace and TV, free WI-FI connection in the lounge, children's playground, underground parking for a fee paid on the spot.

• Ski nursery, playgroup, nursery and nursing service fee on the spot.
When entering the children's clubs, nurseries and care services must be submitted vaccination certificate and children must be vaccinated at least against tuberculosis, tetanus and polio.
• For children, it is strictly required by the ski clothing and safety helmet.
• Piou Piou Club - for kids aged 3-12 years, daily from 08:30 am to 16:30 pm, to a day or half-day ski school, lunch and games (info on the spot). The distance from the residence, about 600 m.

For rent, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, card and board games, fondue and raclette set. Can be ordered skipasses, ski equipment, ski school (details in the TA). Pets allowed for a fee on the spot.

The length of stay is 7 nights First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 17:00 hrs. Apartments must be released by 10:00 am. The possibility of shortened stays for extra charge (capacity and price on request).
