Residence La Riviera is located in the south of Chamonix, at an altitude of 1,035 m. From the center of the Ministry of Commerce alley and a pedestrian zone is only 5 minúrt walk. The center operates between different parts of the resort shuttle bus. City of Saint Gervais is located 20 km, 88 km Geneve, Annecy 90 km and 220 km Lyon.

Aiguille du Midi cable car is 300 m away from the residence.

The residence consists of 2 buildings and La Riviera Les Aiglons. A total of 102 suites of various types is furnished simply and efficiently. All apartments have a stove, fridge and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchenette is located in the living room TV.
• Studio for 4 people is about 25 m2 and consists of a living room with 1 double bed and bunk beds. Located in the building of La Riviera.
• A1-4 for up to 4 people is about 34 m2 and consists of a living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with double bed. The apartments are without a balcony and are located in Les Aiglons building and are oriented to the north.
• A1-5 for up to 5 people is about 36 mA consists of a living room with double sofa bed and sofa bed, double bedroom separated by sliding walls. Majority apartment has a balcony (not guaranteed). The apartments are located in the building and Les Aiglons are facing south.
• A1-6 for up to 6 people is about 36 m2 and consists of a living room with 1 double bed, bedroom with double bed and the cab (conclude a separate niche) with bunk beds. They are located in La Riviera building, oriented east.
• A1-8 of max. 8 persons is about 38 m2 and consists of a living room with 1 double bed, bedroom with double bed and alcove with 2 bunk beds. They are located in the building of La Riviera and are oriented to the east.
• A2-6 / 7 for max. 7 persons is about 55 m2 and consists of a living room with sofa bed and a sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with bunk beds. Apartments have balconies and are located in the building of Les Aiglons
