Family Central led apartment house has an excellent location in the heart of Mayrhofen (630mnm) in the main street with shops, bars and restaurants and close to the lifts. Jenbach railway station about 35 kilometers, Innsbruck Airport 70 km.

Funicular Penkenbahn only 150 m, ski bus 30m, 20 m cross-country trails, about 30 km Hintertux glacier.

The apartments have a bathroom with shower or bath and toilet, telephone, cable TV, kitchenette (electric cooker with hood, oven) and a balcony.
