The apartment house is located on Abendstein quiet place Zillertal valley about 2km from the center of Fügen and 500m from shops.

The nearest lift 2 km, bus stop 20 m, about 35 km Hintertux glacier.

The apartments have a bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony or terrace, living room (with double sofa bed), TV, kitchenette (dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven, dining area).
