Pleasant hotel in the Alpine style consists of two buildings and is located in Neustift-Milders, just 10 m from the center and shopping options, at an altitude of 1000 m. The 25 km railway station Innsbruck, Innsbruck Airport 20km.

In the hotel lift is a beginning with night skiing and ski school. Elfer Lifts-Bergbahn Neustift about 2 km, ski bus stop is directly outside the hotel. Ski trails Milders about 10m. Stubai Glacier 20 km.
