Cozy, recently renovated guesthouse is located Sunnhäusl about 800m from the center of Sölden in the Schmidhof at an altitude of 1377 meters. Grocers 600 m, Ötztal Bahnhof railway station 45 kilometers, Innsbruck Airport 90 km.

Giggijoch lift 500 m, ski bus 20m, cross country skiing at the guesthouse.

Comfortable, easily and efficiently furnished double rooms with one bed to bathroom with shower or bath and toilet, hairdryer, cable TV, safe and balcony.

Buffet breakfast (milk, yogurt, orange juice, cheese, salami, honey, jam, muesli, eggs, coffee, tea, etc.).

Breakfast Room = day room, ski and boots, free parking.

Free small fitness room with abdominal machine, steper, round, infrared cabin (about 25m2). Public indoor swimming pool and under the Freizeitarena SOELDEN about 500m.

Table football for free.

Children under 7 years on extra bed free of charge. Cot on request.

One animal in the room allowed only upon request in advance for a fee.

The length of stay is 7 nights. Starting day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 15.00 hrs. Rooms must be released by 09.30 pm. At the beginning and end of the season, the possibility of reduced stay for at least 3 nights.
