The complex consists of Ferienalm apartment houses and the main hotel building with reception and restaurant on the sunny side of Schladming, about 800m from the center. Grocers 500 m, railway station 1 km, Salzburg airport 90km.

Lifts Planai about 1km Schladming, Dachstein Glacier 10 km. Ski bus stop at the hotel - to the valley station Planai cabins, ski and snowboard school. Cross country trails lead along the hotel.

Apartments for 2-6 persons are located in adjacent buildings, the complex may have a separate entrance.
• Studio 4 - for 2-4 persons, about 30 square meters, the antechamber, a double bed and bunk beds, bathroom, separate WC, safe, satellite TV, kitchenette with 2-cooker, fridge freezer, dining area and small terrace.
