The cozy guest house is situated on a sunny and quiet hillside with stunning views of the surrounding hills, at an altitude of 1,003 meters. Guest House is far from the center of Saalbach 800m, aside from the main road to Hinterglemm, Food 100m, shops 100m. Railway station 25 km Zell am See, Salzburg airport 80km.

Guest House is located about 1km from the lifts Schatten, ski bus stop is 100 m, cross-country trails 1.5 km. Kitzensteinhorn Kaprun glacier about 30km. Possibility skiing to pension under good snow conditions.

Double and triple rooms have bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, telephone, safe and balcony or terrace. Rooms are nonsmoking.

Breakfast buffet.

Daily room, breakfast room with a home bar, internet corner, non-smoking areas.

Spa - sauna, quiet room, infrared cabin - open 3 times a week.
