Location
Bergresidenz & Tauernresidenz (two buildings about 10m apart) is a family-led apartment house in a newly built luxurious facilities. Ideal accommodation overlooking the mountains, to the enthusiastic fans of winter sports, located close to the lifts and slopes. Obertauern center with shops around 900 m, railway station Radstadt 21 km, about 100km Salzburg Airport.
Ski lifts
The nearest ski lifts Grünwaldkopfbahn about 300m, about 150m running track, able to ski to the hotel.
Accomodation
The apartments are about 40-70 m2, bathroom with bath or shower and toilet, hair dryer, balcony, cable TV, living room with kitchenette with 4 electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven.
• A2-2T - Apartment A: max 2 persons, consists of entrance hall, bedroom, living room.
• A3-4T - Apartment B: up to 4 people, consists of entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
• A4-6T - Apartment type C max 6 persons, consisting of entrance hall, 3 bedrooms (one with twin beds), living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
Board
Individual. The supplement is available Tauernkönig dinner at the hotel (on request, paid locally).
Facilities and services
Reception in Tauernresidenz, lobby, luggage and ski boots, lift, free parking in the garage, a breakfast room in Tauernresidenz.

Extra
Small pets allowed on request for a fee. 7 = 6 in the period January 8-January 22, 2011.
Lenght of stay, check-in
Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released by 10.00 pm. In terms of marginal opportunity to stay at least 3 nights with the advent of free, on request.
