The nearest ski lifts - lift Zeller Bergbahn City Express is just 200 meters from the hotel. Ski bus stop is 50m from the hotel. Running tracks are 200 meters away, Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun 13km.

The apartments are comfortable, with bathroom, toilet, hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers (surcharge), some have a balcony, terrace, mini bar and radio, some telephone, cable TV, free wireless LAN internet access in most apartments , free internet access (must have a modem or network card in a laptop), safe.
