The nearest ski lifts are about 200m from the apartments, ski bus stop outside the building. Kitzsteinhorn glacier about 4km.

The apartments have a bathroom with shower and toilet, telephone, cable TV, safe, balcony and are non-smoking. Kitchenette (all suites) - electric stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave.
