The apartments are Thermenblick central yet tranquil location in the resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim in the Bach, near thermal devices Römerbad. There are shops and restaurants. Train station about 35 km Spittal, altitude 1100 m centers.

Kaiserburgbahn lift only about 100-500 meters from the apartments. Ski tracks about 1 km. The apartments are near the slopes, ski school, ski school and ski bus for free standing nearby apartments.

The apartments are located in 7 buildings, are furnished in different, depending on the tastes of the owners. They have a bathroom with shower and toilet, anteroom, kitchen or kitchenette and TV. Some apartments have a balcony.
• A1-2 (A1) - max 2 persons is about 28 square meters, living room with alcove for the bed.
• A1-2 * (type A2) - max 2 persons is about 40m2, living room with an alcove for a bed or sofa.
• A2-3 (type B) - for 2-3 people is about 43 m2, bedroom and living room with sofa bed.
