The guest house is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the national park and only 500m from the center of town Mallnitz.

Cross-country skiing tracks are directly behind the guest house, ski bus stop is right at the pension.

Guest House offers accommodation in single, double rooms and one bed and family rooms. All rooms have bathroom with shower / tub and toilet, heating, satellite TV and some balcony.
Family room for 2 adults and 2-3 children consists of 2 connected rooms connected doors.

Half board - buffet breakfast, 3-course dinner with choice, daily salad buffet. In the period from 12.03.-26.04.2011 All-inclusive - in addition includes lunch or packed lunch, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (beer, wine), 10:00 to 22:00 hrs., Afternoon coffee and cakes.

Reception, Stüberl with bar, game room with billiards and darts, lounge with satellite TV, dining room, library, ski room and parking.

Open center with indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool is 100 meters from the pension (for guests free entry).

Minimum stay is 7 nights in period from 26.02-12.03.2011, minimum stay of 4 nights is from 12.03.2011. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 14.00 hrs. Rooms must be released on the day of departure until 10.00.
