A simple no Kempf nice apartment house is located in the downtown center Mallnitz at an altitude of 1200 meters. Railway Station Mallnitz about 1km, Airport Salzburg / Klagenfurt about 120 kilometers.

Gondola Ankogelbahn Mallnitz is about 1.5 km from the apartments, ski bus stop at the building. Ski tracks around 100m.

Simply and functionally furnished apartments have a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, radio and SAT TV. Kitchenette in the living room.
• A1-2 - for max 2 persons consists of one room with double sofa bed, respectively. two single beds.
• A2-4 - for up to 4 people has a bedroom with double bed and living room with two beds (couch / bed).
