Catering
Variety and type of the food is given by the tradition of the local
kitchen and category of the accommodation arrangement. There is continental
breakfast in Italy, unless stated otherwise. Continental breakfast consists
of hot drink (coffee, tea), white baking or cracker, butter, marmalade
and sometimes honey. Widen continental breakfast are enriched with salami,
cheese or eggs. Italian breakfast is very simple, because there are
shortly followed by lunch. Catering in the form of buffet tables means
free combination of the menu corresponding with the hotel category.
Served dinners (and lunches) are with an attendance and dinners in the
form of menu offer a choice of a number of menus (the order is usually
made in one day advance), sometimes salad and dessert in the form of
a buffet. Drinks to go with the dinner are never included in the price
of the dinner, unless stated otherwise. In case of accommodation offering
a possibility of cooking oneself, there is a small kitchen or only a
kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge (which may be without a freezer
box) and two-hotplate cooker or a gas cooker. Kitchen equipment consists
of basic dishes and therefore you can't expect a fully equipped kitchen
(there might be missing e.g. tin opener or the dishes may not be in
sufficient amounts).
We wish you a good journey and a pleasant and unspoilt
holiday.
