LOCATION: The complex is situated in one of
the favourite beaches of Calabria with white fine sand in a quiet
area. It is 5 km from the town of Tropea.
ACCOMODATION: The apartments are located in small villas
in the back part of the complex. They are built in big octagonal
shapes, which create an inside space with a garden and trees. Every
apartment has a pleasant veranda to the garden, own entrance, kitchenette
and bath with shower.
ONE-ROOMED 2: apartment for 2 people - includes one room with double
bed or two separated beds and bath with toilet. The kitchenette
is in the veranda.
TWO-ROOMED: apartment for 2 - 3 people - includes a bedroom with
double bed and living room with one-bed folding sofa, kitchenette
and bath with shower.
THREE-ROOMED: apartment for 4 people -includes a bedroom with double
bed, another bedroom with two beds, living room with kitchenette
and bath with shower. Extra bed possible (charged).
BOARD: Self catering.
FURTHER SERVICE: Big pool with sun shades and deck-chairs,
area for children, games room, bar, TV room, mini market, table
tennis, mini football field, two tennis courts, private beach.
EXTRA: Club card (compulsory) for 25 €/person/week, children
from 3 to 8 15 €/week enables entrance to the pool, to the private
beach, to mini club for children, use of tennis courts, mini football
field, table tennis, entertainment programme. Tennis courts with
night lighting, lending of water vessels (canoe, windsurfing etc.)
charged.
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of stay
is 7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get
accommodation after 18:00. The apartments have to be left on Saturday
before 10:00.
OUR RECOMMENDATION: The holiday centre is suitable for clients
that are not demanding with accommodation, who will appreciate the
quiet area, the agreeable holiday atmosphere and excellent location
of the centre and beach. |

The price includes: A rent of the apartment for 7 nights, final
cleaning and assistant service in Czech language
Compulsory surcharges: Return caution 25 €/apartment, club card
25 €/person/week, children from 3 to 8 15 €/week
Other surcharges: Bed linen 5 €/apartment/exchange (paid in the
place), extra bed/cot in the terms of 5.6. - 3.7.2004 and 28.8.
- 18.9.2004 for 50 €/week, in other terms 10 €/week (it has to be
announced when booking, paid in the place). |
