LOCATION: The holiday centre is 2 km from the
fishing village Porto Cesaro. The sea is about 1 km from the centre
and you can get there across flat low cliffs. The sandy, gently
shelving beach is not more than 2 km distance. There is a minibus
for transfers to and from the beach.
ACCOMODATION: The small, simply furnished apartments include
bath with a toilet and small kitchenette. The apartments situated
in small houses are surrounded by greenery or around the outside
the complex.
ONE-ROOMED 2: apartment for 2 people - includes one room with double
bed, kitchenette and bath with toilet. Extra bed possible (charged).
TWO-ROOMED 2/3: apartment for 2 - 3 people - includes a living room
with a double bed and kitchenette and single bed room or bedroom
with double bed and living room with one bed.
TWO-ROOMED 4: apartment for 4 people - includes a room with bunk
bed and living room with two-bed folding sofa or bedroom with double
bed and living room bunk bed.
THREE-ROOMED 4: apartment for 4 people - includes a bedroom with
a double bed, room with a bunk bed and living room. Extra bed possible
(charged).
BOARD: Self catering. Possibility of board in a buffet style
restaurant (full board). (Prices on the price list).
FURTHER SERVICE: Pool for adults and for children with deck
chairs and sun shades at the pool, bar, table tennis, area for children
and guarded parking place.
EXTRA: Club card in the terms of 31.07. - 21.08.2004 20 €/person/week,
in other terms it is free and it enables you to use the pools, deckchairs
or beach seats at the pools and on the private beach, transport
to the beach, table tennis and in July and August entertainment
and sports programme.
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of stay is
7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get accommodation
after 18:00. The apartments have to be left on Saturday before 10:00.
OUR RECOMMENDATION: The holiday centre is suitable for clients
that are not demanding with accommodation, and who will appreciate
the quiet area and agreeable holiday atmosphere. |

The price includes: A rent of the apartment for 7 nights, consumption
of electricity, water and gas (in the terms of 31.7. - 21.8.2004
for 20 €/person/week, paid in the place), final cleaning (in the
terms of 31.7. - 21.8.2004 for 35 €/apartment, paid in the place),
club card (in the terms of 31.7. - 21.8.2004 for 20 €/apartment,
paid in the place).
Compulsory surcharges: Return caution 25 €/apartment
Other surcharges: Bed linen 5 €/apartment/exchange (paid in the
