LOCATION: The favourite holiday centre consists
of various rows of houses that are built in typical Mediterranean
style, surrounded by beautiful subtropical vegetation. The public
sandy beach is about 400 m from the houses and the private beach
is about 800 m, there is a possibility of transport to the beach
by small train (free).
ACCOMODATION: The apartments include bath with a toilet and
kitchenette. The apartments that are on the ground floor have a
veranda; apartments on the 1st floor have a balcony.
TWO-ROOMED 2/4 for 2 - 4 people - includes a bedroom with a double
bed and living room with two-bed folding sofa and a kitchenette.
Extra bed possible (charged).
THREE-ROOMED 4/6 for 4 - 6 people - includes a bedroom with a double
bed and room with a bunk bed and living room with two-bed folding
sofa and a kitchenette.
BOARD: Self catering. Possibility of board in a buffet style
restaurant (full board). (Prices on the price list).
FURTHER SERVICE: Pools for adults and children with deckchairs
and sun shades by the pool, 2 bars, tennis court, mini-golf, table
tennis, playground for children (in the park) guarded parking place,
possibility to rent bikes and cars, transfer and entrance to the
hotel beach, beach service (two deckchairs or beach seats and one
sun shade). On the beach possibility to rent a canoe, sailing boat
or surfboard. In the terms 29.5. - 25.9.2004 full day entertainment
and sports programme (in local language).
EXTRA: Club card free, it enables you to use the pools, deckchairs
or beach seats at the pools and on the private beach, transport
to the beach, entertainment and sports programme. Cot for children
under 3 years free (request necessary).
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of stay
is 7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get
accommodation after 18:00. The apartments have to be left on Saturday
before 10:00.

The price includes: A rent of the apartment for 7 nights, final
cleaning, using of the pool, deckchairs and sun umbrella at the
pool, free transport from and to the beach, bed linen and towels,

Compulsory surcharges: Return caution 50 €/apartment
Other surcharges: Extra bed in the terms of 29.5. - 26.6.2004 and
11.9. - 2.10.2004 for 20 €/week, in the terms of 26.6. - 11.9.2004
for 30 €/week (paid in the place), cleaning during the stay incl.
exchange of bed linen 13 €/apartment, cleaning of the kitchenette
