LOCATION: The complex consists of a newly built
small row of villas that have two floors and it is located directly
in the modern holiday centre. A nice sandy beach with high limestone
cliffs is 900 m from the apartments, which you can get to by mini
bus (free).
ACCOMODATION: The apartments have modern furniture, they
include bath with a toilet, kitchenette. The apartments that are
on the ground floor have a fenced veranda (the A type); apartments
on the 1st floor have a balcony (the B type).
TWO-ROOMED 2/4 for 2 - 4 people (A, B) - has 30 m2 and includes
a bedroom with a double bed and living room with two-bed folding
sofa and a kitchenette.
THREE-ROOMED 4/6 for 4 - 6 people (A, B) - has 30 m2 and includes
a bedroom with a double bed and room with a bunk bed and living
room with two-bed folding sofa and a kitchenette.
THREE-ROOMED DUPLEX 4/6 for 4 - 6 people - has 66 m2 and it has
2 floors with a fenced garden or a veranda. On the ground floor,
there is a big living room with two-bed folding sofa and a kitchenette.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, room with
a bunk bed and a balcony.
BOARD: Self catering.
FURTHER SERVICE: Pool with deckchairs and sun shades at the
pool (in the terms of 01.07. - 31.08.2004), tennis court (free),
free transfer to the beach and back (in all terms), and a parking
place. During the high season you can use the pool and animation
in local language in a near residence Oasi Salento (for charge).
Shopping centre in Torre dell´Orso offers many services - supermarkets,
bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, sport places etc.
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of stay is
7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get accommodation
after 18:00. The apartments have to be left on Saturday before 10:00.
OUR RECOMMENDATION: The pleasant residence is suitable for
clients of all age groups. |

The price includes: A rent of the apartment for 7 nights, final
cleaning (except for kitchenette, which has to be cleaned by the
clients themselves, otherwise for 40 €/apartment), using of the
pool, deckchairs and sun umbrellas at the pool, free transport from
and to the beach.
Compulsory surcharges: Return caution 100 €/apartment
Other surcharges: Bed linen 5 €/person/exchange, small animals 50
€/week. |
