LOCATION: The new holiday centre is near the
sea promenade that is directly connected to the centre of the town
Vieste (1,8 km). The apartments are located in small rows of villas.
A nice sandy beach is 50 - 400 m from the apartments.
ACCOMODATION: The apartments have modern furniture, they
have their own entrance, air-conditioning and include bath with
a toilet, kitchenette, veranda or terrace with a barbecue and garden
furniture.
Possibility to rent sat TV and washing machine (charged, it has
to be requested on booking).
Apartment for 2 - 4 people - includes two bedrooms with two beds
and living room with kitchenette. Possibility of 5th bed (charged).
Type "A" is situated on the 1st floor of the row of villas,
250 - 350 m from the beach.
Type "B" is situated on the ground floor of the two-floor
row of villas, 250 - 350 m from the beach.
Type "C" is situated on the ground floor of the one-floor
row of villas, 150 - 250 m from the beach.
The VIP apartments are situated on the ground floor of the one-floor
row of villas, 150 - 250 m from the beach. They include a hydro
massage shower, sat TV, safe and a washing machine.
BOARD: Self catering.
FURTHER SERVICE: Pool with a hydro massage, deckchairs and
sun shade at the pool, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, mini market, children
area, private and public beach, parking place is a short distance
from the apartments. In the terms of 14.6. - 31.8. there is a sport
and entertainment programme (animation in local language).
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of stay is
7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get accommodation
after 18:00. The apartments have to be left on Saturday before 10:00.

Compulsory surcharges: Return caution 100 €/apartment, final cleaning
