LOCATION: The luxury residence has two buildings
and is situated only 70 m from the sandy beach.
ACCOMODATION: All apartments are pleasantly furnished and
include sat TV, telephone, safe, dishwasher, washing machine and
balcony or terrace. Air-conditioning, parking place and bed linen
charged (paid in the place).
Type B4 for 4 people - in residence Mediterraneo II, includes a
bedroom with double bed, living room with two-bed folding sofa,
kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Type T6 for 6 people - in residence Mediterraneo II, includes a
bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two beds, living room
with two-bed folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet.
Type T6/7 for 7 people - in residence Mediterraneo I, it has two
floors, includes bedroom with two beds, living room with two-bed
folding soda, kitchenette and toilet with a washbasin; on the upper
floor there is a bedroom with double bed and folding sofa for one
person, bathroom with shower and toilet.
BOARD: Self catering.
RESIDENCE FACILITIES: In the residence Mediterraneo I. there
is a pool, which is for clients of both residencies. It also includes
reception with a bar, lift and garden.
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of stay is
7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get accommodation
after 16:00. The apartments have to be left on Saturday before 10:00.
OUR RECOMMENDATION: The pleasant residence is suitable for
more demanding clients of all age groups. |
