from the sandy beach in San Benedetto del Tronto (palm riviera).

include satTV, telephone, safe, dishwasher, washing-machine and
balcony or terrace.
TypeB4P for 4people: includes a bedroom with double bed, living
room with two-bed folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower
and toilet.
TypeB4 for 4people: is more spacious than B4P and includes bedroom
with a double bed, living room with two-bed folding sofa, kitchenette,
bathroom with shower and toilet.
TypeT5 for 5people: includes bedroom with double bed, room with
one bed, living room with two-bed folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom
with shower and toilet.
TypeT6 for 6people: includes bedroom with double bed, another
bedroom with two beds, living room with two-bed folding sofa, kitchenette,
bathroom with shower and toilet.
TypeT6K for 6people: includes a bedroom with double bed, another
bedroom with two beds, living room with two-bed folding sofa, kitchenette,
two bathrooms with shower and toilet and large balcony with direct
sea-view.
BOARD: Self catering.
RESIDENCE FACILITIES: There is an air-conditioned reception
with bar, lift, pool, terrace with deck chairs, garden and playground.
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of stay
is 7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get
accommodation after 16:00. The apartments have to be left on Saturday
before 10:00.
