It is the biggest centre in the Venetian bay with
a 13 km long beach. It is 3 km from the town Jesolo and 50 km southeast
from Venice. Lido di Jesolo is divided into 3 districts: Lido East
(Pineta), Lido Centre and Zona West (Faro). Nowadays it belongs
to the most visited tourist centres thanks to its typical holiday
atmosphere. Along the whole town stretches a promenade with many
restaurants, coffee bars, confectioneries, shops, bars and discpeople
In the centre - in Piazza Drago is a bus station - connection to
Venice. For the visitor there is the Tourist Information Agency
and an indoor swimming pool / gym. For children but also for adults
there is the water park Aqualandia with many slides, toboggans and
other attractions that doubles the atmosphere. The holiday centre
is ideal for families with children thanks to its sandy beach, which
shelves gently into the sea. |
