LOCATION: The hotel consists of two buildings:
"Playa", which is seperated only by a seaside lane from
the sandy beach and "Mare", which is 20 m from the Hotel
Playa. The distance from the historical town Caorle and the hotels
is only 1000 m and from the street with many shops, restaurants,
bars and coffee bars by only 50 m.
ACCOMODATION: Pleasant double rooms with the possibility
of one or two extra beds include bathroom with shower and toilet,
telephone, safe, TV sat, hairdryer and balcony.
BOARD: Reinforced continental breakfast served as buffet
service, three-course served dinner with the possibility of a 4-choice
menu and a salad buffet .
HOTEL FACILITIES: Reception with an entrance hall, bar, restaurant,
terrace, TV room, lift, small parking place and garage (with limited
capacity).
EXTRA: Small pets free (it has to be requesteded on booking).
ENTERTAINMENT: Water Park Aquafollia is 2 km from the hotel,
the nearest discotheque 400 m, mini-golf 100 m and tennis 100 m.
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of stay is
7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get accommodation
after 14:00. The rooms have to be left on Saturday before 10:00.
In the terms of 15.05 - 02.08.2004 and 30.08. - 26.09.2004 is the
minimal length of stay 3 nights. Prices for booking in the travel
agency.

all age groups and for families with children, who will appreciate
