LOCATION: The hotel is situated in a quiet
area, in the district of "Cittá Giardino" (between the
centre and the district of Pineda), surrounded by trees, 200 m from
the sandy beach, 150 m from the thermal spa and about 600 m from
the centre of Grado, which is full of shops, coffee bars and restaurants.
You will enjoy a 15-minute walk to the historical centre. The local
bus stop is situated only 50 m from the hotel.
ACCOMODATION: The pleasant double rooms with the possibility
of one or two extra beds include bathroom with shower and toilet,
telephone, TV sat, safe and balcony.
BOARD: Breakfast and dinner with buffet service.
HOTEL FACILITIES: Reception with an entrance hall and bar,
restaurant, terrace with a bar, TV room, small parking place and
pool (in hotel Touring). The public areas of the hotel are air-conditioned.
FUTHER SERVICE: Beach service charge (paid in the hotel).
EXTRA: Possibility of free use of the hotel bikes (limited
quantity).
ENTERTAINMENT, SPORT: The distance from the hotel to the
Aqua park is about 200 m, to the mini-golf 200 m and to the tennis
courts 300 m.
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of stay is
7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get accommodation
after 14:00. The rooms have to be left on Saturday before 10:00.
