LOCATION: The hotel is located in a quiet area,
in the district of "Cittá Giardino" (between the centre
and the district of Pineda), 250 m from the sandy beach, 250 m from
thermal spa and about 600 m from the centre of Grado, which is full
of shops, coffee bars and restaurants. You will enjoy a 15-minute
walk to the historical centre. The local bus stop is situated only
50 m from the hotel.
ACCOMODATION: Pleasant double rooms with the possibility
of one or two extra beds include bathroom with shower and toilet,
telephone, TV sat, safe and balcony.
BOARD: Buffet style breakfast, three-course dinner with waiter
service with the possibility of a 5-choice menu and a buffet salad.
HOTEL FACILITIES: Reception with an entrance hall and bar,
restaurant, terrace with a bar, lift, TV room, small parking place
and pool. The public areas of the hotel are air-conditioned.
FUTHER SERVICE: Beach service charge (paid in the hotel).
EXTRA: 7=6 in the terms that are * marked (this price reduction
has been already counted in the price) and it is possible to use
the hotel bikes (limited quantity).
ENTERTAINMENT, SPORT: The distance from the hotel to the
Aqua park is 200 m, to the mini-golf 200 m and to the tennis courts
300 m.
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of the stay
is 7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get
accommodation after 14:00. The rooms have to be left on Saturday
before 10:00.
In the terms of 03.07 - 31.07.2004 the minimal length of stay is
